Terms of Service

The terms of service for using the Pavora platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By initializing a mission on Pavora, you agree to be bound by these these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to access the platform.

2. Operational Use

Deployment of Pavora's scanners must only be performed on infrastructure you are legally authorized to audit. Unauthorized scanning of third-party assets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate neutralisation of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

Pavora, its scanning engine, and all associated artifacts are the exclusive intellectual property of Pavora Security. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Pavora provides high-fidelity intelligence, we do not guarantee 100% immunity from infrastructure breaches. Pavora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from infrastructure vulnerabilities.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for any violation of these house rules or for any conduct that compromises the integrity of our platform.
