Operational protocols for subscription cancellations and refund requests.
1. Subscription Cancellations
Mission Clearance subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Mission Hub. Upon cancellation, you will maintain tactical access until the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the instant provision of high-fidelity security artifacts and scan capabilities, we typically do not offer refunds once a scan has been initialized or a report has been generated.
3. Exception Protocol
Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as tactical link failures or technical errors that prevent the platform from delivering intended intelligence. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Mission Hub Credits
In some cases, we may offer billing credits for future mission cycles instead of direct currency returns.
5. Inquiry Submission
To request a tactical refund review, please contact our support unit via the Contact Page within 7 days of the billing event.
